From the website: The Arnold Sports Festival and the world-renowned Arnold Classic will celebrate its 25th Anniversary when the fitness celebration is held Feb. 28-March 3 in Columbus. The Arnold Sports Festival, co-produced by former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, is the largest multi-sport festival in the nation, during which the city welcomes more than 175,000 sports and fitness fans. The event features 18,000 athletes competing in 45 sports and events, including 12 Olympic sports. Debuting this year are the Scottish Highland Games, Arnold Survival Race, K-1, and XPC Powerlifting. The three-day Arnold Fitness EXPO at the Greater Columbus Convention Center features more than 700 exhibit booths offering the latest in fitness apparel, equipment, training tools and nutrition.

From the website: The 10th Annual Capital City Half Marathon Presented by Key Bank will feature four races in 2013: the Capital City Half Marathon (13.1 miles); the Patron Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles); the Commit To Be Fit Fun Run (approximately 3.3 miles) and the Capital Kids Mascot Chase. The course begins at the Scioto Mile park in downtown Columbus and guides runners through popular Columbus neighborhoods before finishing in the Columbus Commons.

From the website:Ride to fund cancer research at this weekend of cycling, entertainment and volunteerism. There are six ride experiences, ranging from 25 miles to a two-day, 180-mile route. Pelotonia is able to direct 100 percent of every dollar raised to cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute.

From the website: More than 18,000 runners, walkers and wheelchair racers are expected to participate in the 34th Annual Nationwide Children's Hospital Columbus Marathon and 1/2 Marathon in 2013. Dubbed the place to do 26.2, the Columbus Marathon has a reputation for being flat, fast and fun. Tens of thousands of spectators cheer on the participants.
