The Garden Manor - Bed and Breakfast Inn
King-Lincoln Entertainment District – A Walking Tour
After entertainment, good coffee and sight seeing, the best place to end the tour is at the Garden Manor. Built by a doctor who pioneered medical X-rays, the inn played hosts to jazz greats Duke Ellington, Count Basie and Cab Calloway at a time when most Columbus hotels did not serve Black patrons. Fully restored and maintained, opulent in its appointments and steeped in a storied history, the Garden Manor is a great place to stay and soak up the vibe of the King-Lincoln neighborhood.
