Dust off the lawn chairs and unpack the picnic blankets! The Columbus favorite, Picnic with the Pops, is returning with a fresh new schedule. The Columbus Symphony Orchestra has a great line up for the 2011 season with everything from Jazz to The Ohio State Marching Band and even the music of Michael Jackson.
Tickets for the event are $20 for adults and $8 for children ages 3-14 if purchased in advance or at the gate on the night of the show. Children 2 and under are free.
Great news - starting May 1, 2011, tickets will also be available at Central Ohio Giant Eagle locations at a discounted price of $18 for adults and $8 for children. Another option - Picnic with the Pops Lawn Coupon Books are also available for $160. The book of ten tickets can be used for any of the 2011 concerts.
