Dust off the lawn chairs and unpack the picnic blankets! The Columbus favorite, Picnic with the Pops, is returning with a fresh new schedule. The Columbus Symphony Orchestra has a great line up for the 2011 season with everything from Jazz to The Ohio State Marching Band and even the music of Michael Jackson.

Tickets for the event are $20 for adults and $8 for children ages 3-14 if purchased in advance or at the gate on the night of the show. Children 2 and under are free.

Great news - starting May 1, 2011, tickets will also be available at Central Ohio Giant Eagle locations at a discounted price of $18 for adults and $8 for children. Another option - Picnic with the Pops Lawn Coupon Books are also available for $160. The book of ten tickets can be used for any of the 2011 concerts. The coupon books must be purchased from the Columbus Symphony before June 13.Plan now to attend one or all of these great summer events:
