How do you get there? Westbound on I-70 (from Newark, Zanesville and points east) exit at Exit 110, Brice Rd. Turn left at the traffic light and then turn right at the next light, Scarborough Blvd. Follow Scarborough Blvd. until it ends in front of the J.C. Penney Outlet Store.
Eastbound on I-70 (from Columbus, I-270 and points west) exit at Exit 110, Brice Rd SOUTH. Turn right at the next light, Scarborough Blvd. Follow Scarborough Blvd. until it ends in front of the J.C. Penney Outlet Store.
The last I checked the J.C. Penney Outlet Store is open 9 am to 9 pm Monday-Saturday and noon-6 pm Sundays and holidays. The address is 2631 Park Crescent Dr. East.
And also visit the new J.C. Penney furniture outlet store at the corner of Brice Rd. and Tussing Rd. in Consumer Square East just south of the I-70 exit above.
