Free February Kid and Family Events in Columbus

Shrug off cabin fever this month by venturing out to these free family-friendly events. In addition to these events don't forget local recreation centers also has free events and activities. Check their calendars.

1. King Arts Complex February Family Films: Imitation of Life

The King Arts Complex is showing the groundbreaking film Imitation of Life as a part of its February Family Film Series. Please be sure to note the movie has deep themes of identity, race and family relationships. There are some mature themes so families should carefully consider bringing young children. This movie is a fantastic opportunity to have an open dialogue about many issues that still plague society.
