The winter months means comfort food and big sweaters to hide holiday weight gain. In the comfort food department, the Bread Basics class at the Franklin Park Conservatory is all about tips and tricks to make your yeast experiments fun and delicious. As far as holiday weight gain goes, perhaps a food tour of German Village will help burn a few calories. Sure you ride in a van and eat your way through the neighborhood, but leaving the house and being out (temporarily) in the cold has got to burn something right? Right?
