Columbus International Festival
The Columbus International Festival is 53 years old, and the largest United Nations-USA event in the country. There are over 175 booths with crafts, arts and food from 75 cultures. Belly dancers, singers and other performers keep the two stages busy, and the children's area has craft projects and other activities.
When: Nov, 7-8
Where: Veterans Memorial, 300 W. Broad St., Columbus

Ohio DEAFair
New technologies, performances, crafts and a short immersion in Deaf language and culture.
When: Nov. 7
Where: Ohio Expo Center, 717 E. 17th Ave., Columbus (Lausche Building)

Ohio Alpacafest
More than 1000 Alpacas those South American cousins to the camel will pack the Expo Center. Their owners will be there, too. (Just in case you were wondering.) Expect weaving and other wool demonstrations, crafts and lots of intelligent animals.

The Columbus International Film & Video Festival
See films you may not catch anywhere else at the 57th annual Film Council of Greater Columbus Chris Awards. The Chris Awards are the oldest, continuously running juried film festival in North America. (Can you believe our film festivals older than Sundance or anything in New York or Hollywood?)
When: Nov. 10-15
Where: Columbus College of Art & Design, 107 N. 9th St., Columbus
Time: daily 7:30-10 p.m.

Twig Bazaar
Over 200 tables of handmade holiday crafts and gifts will be on sale. All proceeds go to Childrens Hospital.
When: Nov. 15

Holiday Lights Parade & Festival
Enjoy holiday-oriented family activities, crafts, holiday lights and music during the day. Then get ready to oooo and ahhh at one of the most unique holiday parades around. Almost 100 lighted floats, marching bands and horse drawn carriages will roll, march and clip-clop by for your entertainment.
When: Nov. 28
Where: Olde Gahanna and Creekside, Granville Street to Mill Street
Time: Festivities begin at 8 a.m., Parade starts at 6 p .m.

Holiday Open House & Craft Extravaganza
Holiday food samples and over 40 local artisans and crafters.
