I WANT GAMBLING IN OHIO BUT I DONT LIKE THE WORDING, IT LEAVES TOO MANY LOOP HOLES. I HAVE COME UP WITH A SOLUTION AND I THINK EVERYONE WILL AGREE FOR GAMBLING IN OHIO IF YOU DO THIS, ITS REALLY SIMPLE: 55% PROFITS GOTO THE TRACK, 30% IS DIVIDED BETWEEN EVERY HOME OWNER EVENLY AND THIS AMOUNT IS APPLIED TO EVERYONES PROPERTY TAXES EACH YEAR AND THIS WOULD REDUCE PROPERTY TAXES PAID BY HOME OWNERS AND ALSO I THINK IT WOULD HELP SPUR THE ECONOMY IN OHIO BECAUSE I KNOW I WOULD DO MORE IF I HAVE EXTRA CASH.
