Techie Camp is a week-long tech camp designed to immerse students into a fun, tech environment that is specifically designed for elementary and middle schoolers. Carla Thompson, TECH CORPS regional director for Central Ohio, just sent word that there are spots still available for the camp and there are a few partial and full scholarships available for next week's camp.
"TECH CORPS is offering a Programming Camp from July 30-August 3 at our downtown facility!" Thompson said. "TECHie Camp is a full-day, week-long technology experience designed specifically for middle school students. The goal of TECHie Camp is to engage students in activities that can stimulate a deeper interest in technology; as well as provide opportunities for them to express their imaginations.
