This weekend kicks off Holiday Wildlights at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium! If you haven't taken in all the zoo has to offer during the holidays you have really missed out.
Imagine all the fun for the Columbus Zoo - number one zoo in the country - and add millions of Christmas light in all kinds of displays. Adults become kids again and kids, well, they really enjoy themselves hanging out at the zoo at night.

One of the best things about Wildlights is the different activities available during the event which runs through January 1, 2012. Shows, ice skating, games and special guests are just a few of the reasons Central Ohio residents turn out in droves.
This weekend during the grand opening, be sure to check out these special activities:
Global Celebrations: Holiday Light Show - an eight minute music and light show every 30 minutes from 5:45 p.m. - close.
The Diving Claus - Watch Santa show off his scuba skills nightly at 6:00 p.m. (additional dives at 8:00 p.m. Thursday thru Sunday)
Polar Bear Express - $1 per ride or included in $5 wristband purchase
Kiddie Mini Sleigh Ride - $4 per person
Sundays through Thursdays: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Fridays and Saturdays: 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
