Families Thru International Adoption

Families Thru International Adoption (FTIA) is holding a FREE informational seminar Thursday, September 30, 2004 at Vineyard Church of Columbus, 7:00 - 8:30 pm. This seminar is open to anyone interested in learning about adopting a child from abroad and will cover:

  • how long the adoption process takes;
  • steps necessary to complete an international adoption;
  • the cost of adopting from various countries;
  • an overview of cultural issues in international adoption;
  • and information on the children available for adoption.

Several local families who have adopted through FTIA will be at the seminar to share their adoption experiences. FTIA is an Ohio state licensed, not for profit, and COA Accredited child placement agency specializing exclusively in international adoptions - placing children from Russia, China, Guatemala, Vietnam, India, Azerbaijan and Brazil.
